Service Agreement – The Art of Film & TV Mixing: ONLINE Masterclass Replay

1. Agreement Overview
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Mastering Post-Production Sound, a division of Straight Ahead Sound, Inc. (“Provider”), and the purchaser (“Client”) of The Art of Film & TV Mixing: ONLINE Masterclass Replay (“Masterclass”). By purchasing and accessing the Masterclass, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Educational Use Only
The Masterclass is provided solely for educational purposes. All content is intended to enhance the Client’s understanding of film and television sound mixing workflows, creative decision-making, and professional development. No portion of the Masterclass constitutes legal, financial, or career guarantees.

3. No Duplication or Distribution
The Client agrees not to copy, record, reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any portion of the Masterclass, including video, audio, downloads, or supplementary materials, in whole or in part. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Masterclass remains the exclusive intellectual property of Straight Ahead Sound, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, video recordings, audio, visuals, branding, course materials, and written content. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal educational use only.

5. Access and Usage
Upon purchase, the Client will receive on-demand access to the Masterclass via the Provider’s online platform. Access is intended for individual use only. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to view the content.

6. No Guarantee of Results
While the Masterclass shares real-world insights, workflows, and professional experiences, the Provider makes no guarantees regarding career outcomes, employment, income, or professional advancement as a result of participation.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Masterclass and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been granted.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
The Provider collects and processes Client information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Personal information is used solely for account access, delivery of purchased content, and related communications.

9. Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Masterclass constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.

11. Acknowledgment
By completing the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
