Thank you for purchasing the Ultimate Post-Sound Bundle. This bundle is a product of Straight Ahead Sound, Inc. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Inclusions
The Ultimate Post-Sound Bundle includes the following:
  • One (1) 60-minute Jump-Starter 1:1 Coaching Session (Journey Beyond Sound).
  • Three (3) months of access to the Inner Circle Group Coaching Community.
  • Lifetime access to The Art of Film & TV Mixing Replay.
2. Payment Terms
  • The total price of the bundle is $497. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • All sales are final.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of this bundle, no refunds will be provided once the purchase is complete.
4. Coaching Session Scheduling
  • You must schedule your 1:1 coaching session within three (3) months of your purchase date.
  • Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or an agreed-upon platform.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
5. Inner Circle Membership
  • Access to the Inner Circle Group Coaching Community will begin immediately upon purchase.
  • Membership is valid for three (3) months. Continued participation after this period will require separate subscription payment.
6. Digital Access to The Art of Film & TV Mixing Replay
  • Access to the digital replay is granted immediately upon purchase.
  • Sharing or distributing the content to individuals outside the bundle purchaser is strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All materials, content, and resources provided in this bundle are the intellectual property of Straight Ahead Sound, Inc.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • The bundle is provided as-is. While every effort is made to deliver valuable content, Straight Ahead Sound, Inc. is not responsible for any specific outcomes or results.
  • Coaching and educational content are designed for informational purposes only and do not guarantee career advancement.
9. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction of Los Angeles, CA.
10. Updates to Terms
  • Straight Ahead Sound, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or updated on the purchase platform.
